Paul Farrow has been a serial entrepreneur, serving as CFO, COO, CEO and founder in companies ranging from his own successful startup in the fast growing kayak business to a corporate officer of a $200M public, international environmental services company. In between, Paul has done several successfu turnarounds, |
| developed two patented products and found time to build an island retreat off the Maine coast. His involvement in sustainable business practice, writing and presentations spans almost 20 years and several awards. |
Paul joined Moss Inc as CEO in 2001 and grew it from $11M to $26M before retiring in 2006. During that time, Moss acquired and assimilated a key competitor, expanded geographically to Chicago and Las Vegas, diversified markets from one to four, and built new leadership – all in accord with the Moss Strategic Plan. Paul and his wife, June, have three grown sons. He holds a BS degree in finance from the Wharton School. |

| Matt Earnest, Manager of Sustainability, InterfaceFABRIC |
Matt Earnest is InterfaceFABRIC’s Manager of Sustainability. He is a native Virginian, and a graduate of both Virginia Tech and Boston University. His professional experience includes Newport News Shipbuilding, Burlington Industries, and InterfaceFABRIC. He has held various positions in these manufacturing organizations in the areas of industrial engineering, training & development, costing, quality improvement and, now, sustainability.
Matt now lives in State Road, North Carolina where he and his wife, Pam, enjoy the warm weather by hiking, kayaking, and watching Hokie football games. |
